Cut away room rental agents

roomDB.net Let me share something with those of you who lives in Singapore.

Finding a room to rent is very difficult in Singapore. Engaging a rental agents will cost you another half a month to a month’s rental as commission for them. Personally, I prefer to find my room myself. That saves me a lot because in the first month of renting a room, you have to pay a month’s deposit and the first month rental.

There are a few other ways to find room rental:

  1. Looking through advertisement in the newspaper.
  2. Searching through the bulletin board near the MRT or bus interchanges.
  3. Finding through online classifieds or rental room listing website.

Finding it online definitely is my first choice because it cut away rental agents and save me good money!

One of the website I found extremely useful is roomsDB.net - rent a room in Singapore. RoomsDB.net is a free site for helping people look for rooms not only in Singapore but also Taiwan and Hong Kong. You can list and search for rooms there for free.

Best of all you don’t have to register for doing so. Users who wish to rent out their rooms just need to provide a valid email address. Homeowners can choose to rent out individual rooms - master room, common room or the whole unit of their HDB flats or condominiums.

Are you looking for room to rent? If you live in Singapore, Taiwan or Hong Kong, head to RoomsDB.net now to find your room!

Crispnetworks.com updates

Hi friends and readers,

I’m done a little modification to the URL of my blog.

Previously you are accessing Crispnetworks through this URL http://www.crispnetworks.com/blog/. As I’m currently trying to make this blog more search engine friendlier with the future in mind.

From now on, please access this blog through http://www.crispnetworks.com.

I have to admit that I started wrongly by making mistakes. But hope this change will lead to more and better ranking and linking-in of this blog. Thanks.
