Bad credit gets you into trouble

Don’t ever get yourself into bad credit. This not only making your life difficult worrying about paying off the debts but also potentially being a bankrupt. When I first graduated, I was bad at managing my personal finance. I didn’t have any savings nor do I plan on how to use my hard earned money wisely. More than often I spent all of my income and had to borrow from my friends. After some time, I borrow more from different friends. I had difficulty paying back my friends at that time. The temptation to borrow for personal loans from banks and other financial institutions was so great but luckily I didn’t.

I started planning and cutting down my expenses and made priority to pay back the money I borrowed. It was good and I managed to clear my debts. Thinking back, I’m glad that I resisted the temptation to get more loans. Otherwise I would have lots of other debts and ended up being a “bad credit”.
