Google Acquiring Feedburner for $100 Million

Feedburner LogoQuick NEWS: Rumours which was previous started by ex-TechCrunch UK editor Sam Sethi, are in fact true. According to TechCrunch which cites a “source close to the deal”, Google is paying Feedburner’s owners big fat $100 million in hard cold cash! The deal is expected to close in next two to three weeks.

Well, this is another strategy by Google to dominate the world-wide-web. They are EVERYWHERE nowadays. Previously, Google’s started its own feed advertisement but failed quickly. This is an obvious attempt by them to capture back the market.

What do you think of the development? Is it good for publisher, advertise or even normal blog readers? Leave your comments and lets discuss.
