Manchester United’s Missed Opportunity

Arsenal vs Manchester United. What a gigantic match! Free flow of attacking and possession football. Arsenal was great on the ball with their possession while Manchester United was always threatening whenever they attack. It was a missed opportunity for Manchester United to go top of the Barclays English Premier League tonight. The match ended 2-2.

Rooney opened the score right at the end of first half courtesy of great cross from Ronaldo and deflection off William Gallas. Arsenal responded immediately after the break and scored the equalizing goal through non other than Fabregas, the best EPL player at the moment.

10 minutes from time, Ronaldo put Manchester United ahead again converting Patrick Evra’s cross after he was put through by Saha’s perfect reverse pass. I thought tonight is the night for Manchester United to celebrate a win by going top of the standing but Gallas redeemed himself for United’s first goal by scoring the equalizer right at the death of the game.

DAMN IT!

Anyway, at the end of the day it was a great match to watch and a fair results for both side!
