I believe invoicing a client of yours doesn’t not incur any fees. However, when they pay you through paypal, yes you’ll be charged a percentage. The exchange rate varies from time to time as Paypal follows the exchange rate movements.

how much do i have to pay if i invoice SGD366 to a UK paypal customer? (if i want to withdraw the money to my bank once received it)

U don’t have to link to your POSB account from the bank side.

Fill in your bank account information at the paypal side. Just go log into your account, then go your profile on the navigation bar, you’ll see the “Add or Edit Bank Account” when you hover your mouse over the Profile link.

but i called up posb to ask if they have any application form for me to fill up to apply for linking with paypal but they said no such service. then what should i do?

it’s free of charge on the bank side. But Paypal do have some charges there.
