You have two options: 1) Find a No-Robots plugin for your blog and disable Google crawling your paid reviews. 2) Just add no-follow to all links. Google allows paid reviews, they just don't like when they are used to increase PR. I added no-follow to all my paid for posts, emailed Google and got my PR back. You can still do paid reviews while keeping your PR intact. You have two options:
